Overview

Nocfinity is looking for a skilled and solution-oriented Full-Stack Developer to develop, maintain, and improve modern web applications and software products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both frontend and backend development, API integration, databases, and building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

02 / Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications.
• Build modern frontend interfaces and reusable components.
• Develop secure backend systems, APIs, and business logic.
• Design and manage databases efficiently.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
• Troubleshoot bugs and optimize application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, Product, and other Development team members.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

03 / Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors in CSE, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of professional Full-Stack Development experience.
• Age 22–30 years.
• Male candidates only.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Backend development experience with Node.js, Express.js, Laravel, or equivalent technologies.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integration.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Strong understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Good understanding of responsive development, authentication, authorization, and web security.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a development team.
• Experience in Software Company, IT Enabled Service, or Advertising Agency is preferred.
• Candidates are encouraged to provide GitHub, portfolio, or links to previous projects.
• Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical technical assessment.

• Experience with payment gateway integration.
• Experience deploying and maintaining production web applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern deployment workflows.
• Experience with Docker or containerized applications.
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with application performance optimization.

• Experience working with scalable SaaS or software products.
