This page describes what Nocfinity collects on nocfinity.com, and why. It is written for this website — not copied from a template.
What this site is
Nocfinity.com is the company website. You can read about the work, get in touch, and apply for an open role. There is also a staff console that is not part of the public site.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we store the fields you send: name, work email, optional phone, company, optional website, the services you selected, budget and timeline if you gave them, your description of the work, and how you heard about us.
If you apply for a role on this website, we store your name, email, phone, location, optional LinkedIn link, portfolio or CV link, and cover letter. We do not collect a CV file upload. Some roles send you to Google Docs instead; that form is stored by Google, not on this site.
Cookies
The public site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Staff who sign in to the admin console receive a session cookie so they stay signed in. That cookie is limited to the admin area.
How long we keep it
Contact notes and applications stay until the team no longer needs them for the conversation or the hiring process. You can ask us to delete a note or an application you sent.
Who sees it
Only Nocfinity staff with access to the console can read inquiries and applications. We do not sell this information.
Ask us
