Nocfinity is looking for a skilled and results-driven Off-Page SEO Specialist to strengthen website authority, improve organic rankings, and execute sustainable link-building strategies across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Link Building, Backlink Outreach, Competitor Analysis, Guest Posting, and Off-Page SEO, with a strong understanding of backlink quality and Google search guidelines.

02 / Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute effective Off-Page SEO and link-building strategies.
• Identify and acquire relevant, high-quality backlink opportunities.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis and discover new link opportunities.
• Perform outreach for guest posts, link placements, and collaborations.
• Build backlinks using relevant and sustainable SEO techniques.
• Monitor backlink quality and maintain a healthy backlink profile.
• Identify potentially harmful or spammy backlinks and recommend necessary actions.
• Track link-building progress, rankings, and overall SEO performance.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of acquired backlinks.
• Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to support organic growth.

03 / Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors degree.
• 1–3 years of practical Off-Page SEO experience.
• Age 22–30 years.
• Male candidates only.
• Strong knowledge of Link Building, Backlink Analysis, Outreach, and Guest Posting.
• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, or similar SEO tools.
• Ability to evaluate backlink quality, relevance, authority, and spam signals.
• Good understanding of Google search guidelines and ethical SEO practices.
• Strong research, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet assigned SEO targets.
• Experience in Advertising Agency, Software Company, or IT Enabled Service is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous Off-Page SEO and link-building experience.
• Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical SEO assessment.

• Experience with Ahrefs and SEMrush for advanced competitor backlink analysis.
• Experience with Guest Posting and Blogger Outreach.
• Knowledge of anchor text planning and backlink profile management.
• Understanding of On-Page and Technical SEO fundamentals.
• Experience managing Off-Page SEO for multiple websites or projects.
• Basic understanding of Google algorithm and spam updates.
• Strong reporting and performance-monitoring skills.
