Overview

Nocfinity is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Executive (Head of SEO) to lead our SEO team and take ownership of the company’s overall organic growth strategy. The selected candidate will be responsible for SEO strategy, Technical SEO, On-Page and Off-Page SEO, team leadership, performance analysis, AI-driven search optimization, and continuous improvement across multiple company and client websites.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete SEO strategy, roadmap, execution standards, and organic growth direction for company and client websites.
• Lead, mentor, review, and manage a multi-level SEO team consisting of Senior SEO Executives, SEO Executives, and Junior SEO Executives.
• Translate business goals into practical SEO plans, priorities, tasks, and measurable performance targets.
• Perform and supervise advanced Technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, duplicate content, rendering, JavaScript SEO, site architecture, internal linking, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and migrations.
• Diagnose complex ranking, traffic, indexation, crawl-budget, and site-quality issues and coordinate effective solutions with the Development team.
• Lead On-Page SEO including keyword research, search-intent analysis, content mapping, topical authority, content briefs, internal linking, entity optimization, SERP analysis, and page-level optimization.
• Develop and supervise sustainable Off-Page SEO strategies including backlink analysis, competitor research, outreach, digital PR opportunities, link-quality control, and anchor-text strategy.
• Develop practical AI SEO strategies for Google AI Overviews, answer engines, LLM-driven search, entity visibility, structured content, brand authority, and citation opportunities.
• Monitor Google Core Updates, Spam Updates, ranking-system developments, and major changes in traditional and AI-driven search.
• Plan and oversee SEO recovery strategies following algorithm updates, major traffic drops, website migrations, redesigns, or technical failures.
• Use GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Connect SEO performance with business results through landing-page optimization, user journeys, lead generation, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Build SEO SOPs, QA checklists, reporting standards, audit frameworks, and scalable workflows.
• Review keyword research, content plans, On-Page SEO, technical recommendations, backlink work, reports, and SEO experiments before finalization.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Content Writers, Designers, Marketing teams, and Management.
• Set realistic KPIs based on rankings, qualified organic traffic, conversions, leads, technical health, indexation, and content performance.
• Prepare clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly SEO performance reports.
• Maintain a prioritized SEO backlog and proactively identify growth opportunities across multiple websites and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of professional SEO experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an SEO leadership, team-lead, or management role.
• Age 28–45 years.
• Male candidates only.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring an SEO team.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, search intent, topical authority, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Strong understanding of backlink analysis, link building, competitor research, and sustainable Off-Page SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO tools.
• Good understanding of Google Core Updates, Spam Updates, and search-quality guidelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple websites, SEO projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Experience in Advertising Agency, Software Company, or IT Enabled Service is preferred.

• Experience with Google AI Overviews, AI SEO, AEO, and LLM-driven search optimization.
• Knowledge of entity SEO, structured data, schema markup, and citation-focused content strategies.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
• Experience handling SEO recovery after Google algorithm updates or major traffic drops.
• Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing-page optimization.
• Experience with JavaScript SEO and technically complex websites.
• Experience managing website migrations, redesigns, or large-scale SEO projects.
• Experience developing SEO SOPs, QA frameworks, reporting systems, and team workflows.
• Understanding of Digital PR and advanced link acquisition strategies.
• Experience connecting SEO performance with leads, conversions, revenue, and broader business objectives.
