Overview

Nocfinity is looking for experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designers to design intuitive, modern, and user-focused digital experiences for our web and software products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI Design, UX Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, Design Systems, and Figma, with the ability to transform complex requirements into simple, functional, and effective user experiences.

02 / Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Design modern, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for web and software products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct UX research and identify opportunities to improve usability and user experience.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Ensure visual consistency across typography, colors, layouts, components, and interactions.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product teams, and Management.
• Review implemented designs and ensure accurate design-to-development execution.
• Improve existing products based on user feedback, analytics, and usability findings.
• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

03 / Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors degree.
• 3–5 years of professional UI/UX Design experience.
• Age 24–35 years.
• Male candidates only.
• Strong expertise in Figma, UI Design, UX Design, Wireframing, and Prototyping.
• Strong understanding of user flows, information architecture, usability, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to typography, spacing, color, hierarchy, and consistency.
• Ability to transform complex business and user requirements into simple and intuitive experiences.
• Experience collaborating with Developers, Product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Experience in Advertising Agency, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, AI Startup, or Design/Publishing industry is preferred.
• A relevant UI/UX portfolio is required.
• Applicants must provide an accessible Figma, Behance, Dribbble, personal website, or other portfolio link.
• Applications without a relevant portfolio may not be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, web applications, or software products.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of accessibility and modern UX best practices.
• Understanding of developer handoff and design-to-development workflows.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of component libraries and scalable design systems.
• Experience working closely with Frontend Developers.
• Understanding of basic HTML/CSS will be considered an advantage.
• Experience working on multiple products or projects simultaneously.
