Approach

Make the exception the unit of work.

We did not start with a dashboard of totals. We started with a single failed settlement and asked what a reviewer needed in the next two minutes.

Challenge

Context was scattered.

Provider exports, internal ledgers and email threads each held a piece of the story. Reviewers copied identifiers between tools and hoped they had the same payment.

Solution

LedgerFlow pulls provider events and internal postings into one case. A reviewer can assign, note, escalate and close without leaving the record. The audit trail is the work, not a later write-up.
