Field operations
HBR
Harbor is the mobile counterpart to Orbit. It assumes the person using it is outside, moving, and not interested in a desktop workflow on a small screen.
Challenge
The job has to survive a dead zone.
Crews lose signal between sites. An app that only works as a thin browser is a paper form with extra steps.
Solution
Harbor keeps the active job on device, queues status updates, and syncs when the connection returns. The interface is a short list and a current job — not a replica of the office system.

Crews can close a job without waiting for the yard Wi-Fi. Dispatch sees those closes when they land — late, but complete.
